How Partnership Outsourcing Works
All prices are listed in USD & are based on the average exchange rate of 1USD = 65INR
All items exclude 10% GST (applicable to Australian clients)
1. Rent desks in our office
Available in 5 desk blocks – that will host up to 5 people. If you need more than 5 staff members then you can buy additional blocks of desks as needed.
Investment: $120 per week per 5 desk block
2. Hiring & Onboarding Process
Send us a detailed job description every time you need to hire and we will use our extensive local networks as well as public recruitment websites to advertise the position.
1. We will shortlist applications, run preliminary interviews and present you with the best available candidates for a video conference meeting between you and the candidate/s.
2. We negotiate salary packages – and upon agreement from all parties, we make an appointment.
3. We onboard the successful candidate in accordance with all local government statutory compliance matters as well as a formal company induction process.

3. Start working
As soon as the candidate is ready to start, we will set them up with a computer and internet connection so they can begin working for you.
Note: the cost of a computer is additional. You can lease a suitable computer from us for a small fee or purchase a system outright yourself.
Fees: You will be charged the flat monthly salary in advance for all staff members you have plus an additional 50% of each salary.
Breakdown of the additional 50%:
1. 25% is direct expenses we incur per staff member such as government employee taxes & other rates & taxes, weekly payroll and compliance duties, internet, electricity, office refreshments for staff, printing costs, team lunches, office upkeep and an experienced manager to supervise them.
2. 25% is our commission
Ongoing Fees: Staff Member Salary + 50%

1 x video editor at $100USD per week
(based on average salary for a skilled editor with 3-4 years experience)

Total Workforce Salary (1 x staff member): $100
Direct Staff & Admin Expenses (25% of total workforce salary): $25
Our Commission (25% of total workforce salary): $25
Weekly Total For ONE Full Time Staff Member: $295USD per week / $7.70 per hour
