How does the risk-free trial work?
Send us 20 photos and we will edit them straight away for you. If you are satisfied with the process then you can send a full wedding over to us for editing.
How do we get the files to you?

What are the payment methods?
Payment is online via credit card through our world-class secure gateway ‘Stripe’. Payment is required in full upfront prior to commencement of editing. Risk-Free Trail customers pay 50% at the beginning and 50% on approval.
How does your price match guarantee work?
We believe we are the best priced outsource editing company in the world. If you find a company that does what we do (outsource editing) and is cheaper than us, send us their details and we will beat their price by 10%. *Does not include Freelancers. Other T’s & C’s apply.
Where are you located?
Our head office is in Australia (Melbourne, Victoria to be specific). Our editing team is located offshore. We work closely with our team on a daily basis to deliver projects to the highest of standards. Our editors all speak and write good English – so there are never any issues with communication.

What happens if we need changes
We will work with you until you are happy. Every edit comes with unlimited changes. If you deliver to your client and they have changes we can do those too. Just forward the feedback and we will do the rest! It’s all part of the service.

What software do you edit with?
We use the Adobe suite – Lightroom & Photoshop is the backbone of what we edit with.
What is the difference between your team and me hiring a freelancer off fiverr or odesk?
You cannot compare the experience! We have production managers, client support services and a guarantee that you are going to get the right result every time. Freelancers are never as focussed.
