How does the risk-free trial work?
Send us some footage and we will get an edit done straight away for you. If you are NOT satisfied with the process then you will NOT pay for the edit. We will refund you the full deposit within 3 business days – no questions asked.
What happens if we need changes?
We will work with you until you are happy. Every edit comes with unlimited changes. If you deliver to your client and they have changes we can do those too. Just forward the feedback and we will do the rest! It’s all part of the service.
Will you match my style?
Absolutely yes! It’s the only way to make our business work. We study your films and ask you a series of questions that allows us to best understand your requirements. Because you are with the same editor every time, we will have your style matched in no time!
What software do you edit with?
We use the Adobe suite – Adobe Premiere Pro is the backbone of what we edit with.
How do we get the files to you?
We have a few ways – transfering of proxy files, posting hard drives etc. It’s all really seamless and easy to get the files to us wherever you are in the world and for us to get them back to you. Just ask us!
Where are you located?
Our head office is in Australia (Melbourne, Victoria to be specific). Our editing team is located offshore in India. We work closely with our team on a daily basis to deliver projects to the highest of standards. Our editors all speak and write good English – so there are never any issues with communication.

What are the payment methods?
Payment is online via credit card through our world-class secure gateway ‘Stripe’. Payment is required in full upfront prior to commencement of editing. Risk-Free Trail customers pay 50% at the beginning and 50% on approval.

Getting the footage to us is easy
Easy transfer of files
"Offline" files to our offshore office
Getting video footage offshore has never been easier. Simply render the files in Adobe Media Encoder as low-res proxy files and upload to Dropbox or Drive. An average 200gig wedding will be shrunk down to around 5gig. We will send you an instructional video on how to do this if required.
We edit and then send you the edited project file
We edit the “offline” files (otherwise known as low-res proxy files) and at the end send you the edited project file. You import it into Abobe Premiere Pro and re-link the project to the original resolution files (5 mins work) and like clockwork all of the edits appear in front of you. You can check it in Premiere and export it – as easy as that!
Got a bunch of weddings?
You can send us a drive with multiple weddings loaded onto it and we can edit the full resolution files directly. If posting from the US – our clients have used USPS for about $60 return. From Australia, Australia Post is about $80 return.
